Creekside Advantage

The Creekside Advantage Fund was formed to develop and build 22 single-family entry level homes and then rent these homes to the public. The strategy of the Fund was to hold these rentals until the top of the next market cycle, when they could be sold at peak value. This Fund is now successfully completed and closed; all homes have been sold and investors have received their shore of profits and return of capital.
