Residential single-family entry level home

closed

The SFA Oaks Fund was formed to build 15 newly constructed entry level homes and then rent these homes to the public. The strategy of the Fund was to hold these rentals until the top of the next market cycle, when they could be sold at peak value. Investors received a share of rental income and then profits from the eventual sale of the homes. This Fund is now successfully completed and closed; all homes have been sold and investors have received their share of profits and return of capital.
