The Columbia Advantage Fund was formed to build 29 homes within three separate subdivisions in Vancouver, WA. Investor capital was used to buy finished lots, construct the homes, and then rent them to the public. The strategy of the fund was to hold these rentals until the top of the next market cycle, when they could be sold at peak value. Investors received a share of rental income and proceeds from the eventual sale. This Fund is now successfully completed and closed; all homes have been sold and investors have received their share of profits and return of capital.
