Creekside Select

The Creekside Select Fund was formed to develop, build, and sell 12 entry-level single- family townhomes. The Fund sold equity interest to investors and then used the capital raised to fund construction of the homes. Finished homes were then immediately taken to market for sale to the public. The Fund is now successfully completed and closed; all homes have been sold and investors have received their share of profits and return of capital.
