Eastpoint

The Eastpoint Fund was formed to buy and develop raw land, and then sell it as 106 finished lots to a third-party home builder. The land was purchased with a preliminary plat approval but required underground construction and entitlement from the city. Investor funds were used to complete this work and prepare the lots for sale under an existing purchase contract. The Fund is now successfully completed and closed; all investors have received a return of capital along with all interest due.
