The Pioneer East Fund was formed to provide bridge financing during the development of finished lots in the Pioneer East Subdivision in Ridgefield, WA. The investment was used to recapitalize the construction company in preparation for building homes within the subdivision. Investor money was used for holding purposes only and not tied to the construction of homes.
