Pioneer Select

The Pioneer Select Fund is a special purpose Fund modeled after several other successful Romano managed investment Funds. The Company is designed to raise money through the issuing of notes and then to use these funds to construct entry-level single-family homes in Ridgefield, WA. The Fund will invest in construction on completed lots and finance costs until their eventual sale to the public. Investors share in profits generated by the sale of these homes.
