RCIF Preserve is similar in scope and structure to the Romano Capital Investment Fund but relies more heavily on first position lending to deliver blended returns to investors. Unlike the Romano Capital Investment Fund, RCI Preserve is open to a small number of non-accredited investors. Investors in RCI Preserve LLC become members who own the assets of the Fund and share in its profits.
