The purpose of this fund is to provide bridge financing of finished lots for the. Benefit of the company constructing homes on those lots. The fund purchased a series of promissory notes via a Private Placement Offering. The funds raised were used to purchase 36 finished lots in Phase 1 of the Pioneer East subdivision in Ridgefield, WA.
