A Palisades Project
The Alyster is planned to be a five story apartment building of 102 residential units, including extended stay units, with an estimated completion date of early 2026. It will become a part of the Columbia Palisades mixed-use development of retail, multifamily and office spaces along the East Vancouver and Camas borders. The Alyster recently acquired a land-use approval and the architectural stage is currently in process. Located at 19660 SE Brady Rd, Camas, WA 98607
