Romano Capital is thrilled to announce that The Nines at Camas Meadows has been chosen as the site for the 2025 BIA Parade of Homes. This remarkable community extends from tee-box to green on the Camas Meadows Golf Course and boasts 77 homesites along with a brewery and restaurant. Pacific Lifestyle Homes has acquired 72 of these homesites from Romano and will showcase two homes in the Parade. Furthermore, Romano has reserved five exceptional homesites for custom builders eager to participate in the 2025 Parade of Homes.

The Nines at Camas Meadows features an open space and oak mitigation area, with lots offering golf course views. Site work, including underground storm water detention, is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
