The project is located on SE 192nd Ave at SE 20th Ave in east Clark County, one of the county’s fastest-growing commercial corridors. The design of the building is modern but with classic Pacific Northwest accents. All apartments are accessed by common hallways within the building.
Romano Capital acquired the property in 2018 and finished developing the land and securing entitlements from the city. At the same time work began on the design and engineering of the building.
