The purpose of the Fund is to provide bridge financing of finished lots for the benefit of the company constructing homes on those lots. The Fund purchased a series of promissory notes via a Private Placement Offering, The funds raised were used to purchase 148 finished lots in Phase II of the Pioneer East Subdivision in Ridgefield, WA.
