The Vancouver Business Journal’s Top Projects Magazine and Awards presentation is the largest and most comprehensive coverage and awards program for design, construction, and development in Southwest Washington. In 2021, Romano Capital’s project First Street Station, now known as “The Oliveen” proudly won the top project award and Boulder Ridge received 6th place for the multi-family category.
