Romano Capital is an alternative investment firm specializing in real estate development and lending. Our primary market is the greater Portland, OR metropolitan area with a focus in Clark County, WA. Romano designs and manages both single purpose, project-based offerings, and diversified perpetual evergreen investment funds. Each fund is designed to provide opportunities for investors with varying needs and strategies including debt or equity based positions in private money lending, development, construction, and property and asset management.

> We Offer Two Different Types of Funds:

EVERGREEN FUNDS

Evergreen funds operate in perpetuity with a structured asset allocation across a portfolio of real estate assets. While these funds have no defined end date, they are considered long-term growth vehicles for investors. Romano’s Evergreen funds are valued quarterly and are subject to 3^rd party audit.

SPECIFIC PURPOSE FUNDS

Specific Purpose Offering funds (“SPO Funds”) deploy capital into one specific asset, typically a real estate development project. An investor in an SPO fund owns their portion of that one asset. These funds typically have customized structures including multiple investment options and corresponding risk profiles.
