Current Projects
Romano Capital is an alternative investment firm specializing in real estate development and lending. Our primary market is the greater Portland, OR metropolitan area with a focus in Clark County, WA. Romano designs and manages both single purpose, project-based offerings, and diversified perpetual evergreen investment funds. Each fund is designed to provide opportunities for investors with varying needs and strategies including debt or equity based positions in private money lending, development, construction, and property and asset management.

The Vancouver Business Journal’s Top Projects Magazine and Awards presentation is the largest and most comprehensive coverage and awards program for design, construction, and development in Southwest Washington. In 2021, Romano Capital’s project First Street Station, now known as “The Oliveen” proudly won the top project award and Boulder Ridge received 6th place for the multi-family category. In 2023, The Oliveen, Boulder Ridge, and Riverside Townhomes have all been acknowledged as Top Projects.
